Welcome to Innoflynder. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, internships, and training programs. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction
By accessing or using Innoflynder’s platform, including its internships, training programs, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including policies related to certificate verification.
2. Services Offered
Innoflynder provides a range of digital and educational services, including but not limited to:
Internship and training programs for students and professionals
Software and application development services for businesses
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation solutions
Digital tools and products for developers
Hackathons, workshops, and educational initiatives
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Innoflynder shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
To ensure a secure and fair environment, users must:
Avoid plagiarism or cheating in any submitted tasks
Use all services legally and ethically
Not misuse or redistribute platform content
Not attempt hacking, copying, or reverse-engineering
Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to services.
5. Fees and Payments
Participation in internship programs requires a nominal platform fee to support administrative and operational costs.
Platform Fee Structure:
1-Month Internship: ₹99
3-Month Internship: ₹299
These charges are transparent and not hidden fees. They support platform operations, server maintenance, mentorship, and overall service delivery.
6. Referral Program & Wallet Coins
Innoflynder may provide a referral system to reward users for inviting others to the platform.
Users can share their referral code with others.
When a new user applies using the referral code, coins are credited to the referrer’s wallet.
If the referred user successfully completes the application process, the referrer receives an additional 10 coins.
Earned coins are reserved in the wallet and can be used to reduce the final platform fee.
Innoflynder reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
7. Refund Policy
All payments made to Innoflynder are non-refundable, except in cases where Innoflynder cancels the program.
Users are advised to review program details carefully before making any payment.
8. Certificates and Deliverables
Certificates are issued only upon:
Successful completion of all assigned tasks
Positive performance evaluation by mentors
Innoflynder reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of incomplete work or unsatisfactory performance.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including text, code, branding, and materials, is the exclusive property of Innoflynder and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without prior written permission.
10. Confidentiality
Any project data or client information shared with Innoflynder is treated with strict confidentiality and protected by internal security protocols.
11. Limitation of Liability
Innoflynder shall not be held responsible for:
Internet or technical issues on the user’s end
Data loss due to user mistakes or negligence
Third-party payment failures
12. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party tools such as payment gateways, APIs, or hosting providers beyond Innoflynder’s control.
Use of such services is subject to their respective terms. Innoflynder is not responsible for issues arising from these services.
13. External Downtime and API Failures
Innoflynder shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions caused by external downtime, API failures, or infrastructure issues beyond its control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
15. Updates to Terms
Innoflynder reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
